Clem Chambers & Online Blockchain: when Roland “Fatty” Cornish quits as a Nomad things must be dire

Do not let the friends of Clem Chambers spin this as good news. The esteemed firm of Beaumont Cornish, London’s worst Nomad, has today parted company with Online Blockchain (OBC) with immediate effect. Online’s shares have been suspended and if a replacement Nomad (and broker) cannot be found within a month the shares will be slung off the AIM sewer.

The greed of Roland Fatty Cornish – annual accounts out from London's worst Nomad

London’s worst Nomad, Beaumont Cornish acts for dreadful small cap stocks that nobody would miss if they went bust. The frauds it has given a clean pass to are manifest, Johnny Hon’s Global Group to New World Oil & Gas, Daniel Stewart the list goes on and on. Its report for calendar 2022 is out and the word that screams out at you is GREEDThis is more shocking than the penury of Turner Pope exposed here.

Vast Resources, death spiral provider Atlas and Nomad Roland “Fatty Cornish” bring AIM into disrepute – letter to AIM Regulation

Today’s shocking news is not evidence of illegal behaviour, I am told by a member of the death spiral community. I am not so sure. But investors were indeed deceived by Vast Resources (VAST), Atlas and Beaumont Cornish, which signed off on the May 3 release. The incident brings “the world’s most successful growth market” into disrepute, and I have written to Marcus Stuttard, the bogus Sheriff and head of the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, urging him to investigate possible illegality and to censure all those involved.

BREAKING: Ian Westbrook of Versarien fame lets fly at disgraced Nomad SP Angel over the Paragon scandal

Mr Westbrook is undeterred by his encounter with bully-boy charlatan, Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS). He has now waded into battle with SP Angel, London’s second-worst Nomad after Beaumont Cornish, on the matter of the Paragon Diamonds Scandal. Nigel and I covered this debacle at the time, making it clear that we believed Nomad Northland, now part of SP Angel, behaved disgracefully. Westbrook has fired off the letter below, which I shall now pass to AIM Regulation, asking the Oxymorons if they can explain why SP Angel still has a license to operate. Ian writes…

If Vast Resources had a proper Nomad there would be a full steward’s into its placing disclosures

But it does not. Its Nomad is Beaumont Cornish, run by Roland “Fatty” Cornish who only acts for companies that are the dregs of the AIM Cesspit. They can say what they want in an RNS, fatty will sign off on it before waddling off for a four course breakfast, luncheon or dinner. Bad companies use Fatty as he will sign off on anything. Good companies do not want investors assuming they are dodgy so use another Nomad. And that brings us to Vast.

EXCLUSIVE: The “tax efficient” greed of London’s worst Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish again exposed

At tonight’s crony capitalist black tie AIM awards dinner paid for by you, long suffering AIM investors, I suggest there should be a special award honouring the rapacious greed of the man who floats and represents the bulk of the shittiest companies on the AIM Casino, Mr Roland “Fatty” Cornish.  The annual report for calendar 2018 for his company Beaumont Cornish, has just been posted on companies house having been submitted three days before the nine month deadline (like client, like advisor) and is shocking as you can see below.

Richard Jennings wants to sue Mayan Energy's Charlie Wood & Eddie Gonzalez and useless Nomad Beaumont Cornish - will you join him?

Richard Jennings of Align Research has lost money on Mayan Energy (MYN) as have many others and he believes he has a strong case to try to reclaim that from ex CEO Eddie Gonzalez, director Charlie Wood and London's worst Nomad, Beaumont Cornish. He has today penned an open letter inviting other shareholders to join him. The, ever understated, Jennings writes:

Earlier today we published the call by Richard Jennings to shareholders in Mayan (MYN) to oust CEO Charlie Wood at Thursday's GM. That was part 1. Thanks to Winnileaks we now have the letters Jennings sent to Wood with questions that he will not answer. His silence is damning and anyone attending the GM should push him on this matter. I have ensured that Mayan's useless Nomad Beaumont Cornish is aware of them and hope that it will force answers to be given and published. Prepare to be shocked....

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the mounting Andalas Badger scandal, a real test case for the AIM Casino

Today I explained HERE the mounting Badger scandal at cash-strapped Andalas (ADL) as it gears up for a bailout placing. In this podcast I explain why all involved should be concerned that they are not party to Securities fraud, notably Nomad Beaumont Cornish and broker Novum Securities - home to scallywag Gavin Burnell of Globo (GBO) infamy. This is a real test case for the integrity of the AIM Casino and I explain why.

BREAKING: Andalas – the growing Badger scandal, is Nomad Beaumont Cornish happy to see investors misled as Atlantic goes on the record?

I have already flagged up comments by those close to Atlantic Petroleum, which showed that in a desperate attempt to ramp its shares ahead of yet another bailout placing, Andalas (ADL) was over-egging the Badger Pudding. Now Atlantic has gone on the record in a way that exposes Andalas big time and surely Nomad Beaumont Cornish must now force Andalas to issue a correction and stop its misleading pre-placing ramping?

Angus Energy – pure comedy as the ghost of Equities First Holdings comes back to haunt the AIM casino c/o Roland "Fatty" Cornish

It is hard to know whether to laugh or to cry but it seems that the CEO of Angus Energy (ANGS), Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorious seems to have lost a stack of his shareholding in his company and, inadvertently, his range of advisers (led by London’s worst Nomad Beaumont Cornish) have misled investors. Roland "Fatty" Cornish's Christmas Carol Part 2 - the ghost of Christmas Present

Oh, perhaps I shall have another small slice of stilton and another glass of port said London's worst Nomad Roland "fatty" Cornish to himself, as he tried to bury the memories of his visit from the ghostly apparition who was even scruffier than Tom Winnifrith. Clearly not a scholar or a gentlemen he repeated to himself several times although whether this was a reference to the ghost or Winnifrith was unclear at this point. Fatty did not enjoy being haunted but, after just one more "small" slice of Stilton and a small port Fatty decided it was time for beddybyes and headed up stairs with his faithful, if flatulent, poodle Stuttard following on behind.

Where Regulators fail market forces will wade in - Beaumont Cornish in focus

Alistair Osborne lashed out at Nomad Roland "Fatty" Cornish in the Times on Saturday listing his long list of AIM failures. A central point made is that Fatty banks huge fees for doing an IPO only to quit before the shit hits the fan or before the fat lady sings. In other words he earns megabucks and then scuttles off to hide in his favourite restaurant whilst others suffer the financial damage. Osborne starts his article on New World Oil & Gas (NEW).

Roland "Fatty" Cornish, a £270k dividend for failure and the oddest accounts on this planet

If you thought that the accounts of some of the crap Roland "fatty" Cornish floated on AIM smelled bad, you need to look at the annual report of his own firm Beaumont Cornish Limited. I shall be urging both the FCA and the HMRC to have a butchers as it looks well iffy. But if you have lost a packet in any, or all, of the junk Fatty has floated or acted for - not least Daniel Stewart and New World Oil & Gas - you will be delighted to know that in 2015 his "takings" from dividends alone were £270,000. But AIM Regulation must act quickly to cut one cancer out of the system, it must stop Roland "Fatty" Cornish individually and his firm Beaumont Cornish from ever acting as a Nomad again. New World’s Peter Sztyk’s AIM Rules Up his Nomad’s fat arse – will his law breaking be allowed?

Ben Turney has just revealed HERE how the discredited Peter Sztyk, the CEO of New World Oil & Gas (NEW) told today’s investor call that the company would spunk two thirds of its £3 million net cash on a new well (to follow its previous duster) in Belize within weeks. This is price sensitive information. This should have been issued via an RNS.

This is a flagrant breach of AIM Rules. Will the Nomad to tis company – Mr Roland “fatty” Cornish of Beaumont Cornish stand idly by? Step one there must be an RNS. Step 2 Mr Sztyk must stand down with immediate effect for this flagrant abuse of the basic rules of AIM.

Fatty this is a clear call.

Formal Request to FRC, FCA and AIM Regulation to investigate Daniel Stewart

I have this morning from the train contacted the Financial Reporting Council, AIM Regulation and the FCA regarding the 2012 and 2013 accounts of Daniel Stewart PLC regarding the issue I raised yesterday HERE. It has long been my contention that DS is not fit to be a listed company and in that spirit I have asked that its accounting which appears, at best, to be aggressive, be formally investigated. The letter follows.

Daniel Stewart gets a Nomad but even Fatty Cornish draws a line with toxic Rob Terry

Nomad Beaumont Cornish, run by Roland “fatty” Cornish may act for China fraud Gate (GATE) and have covered himself in opprobrium over New World and Digital Learning (see HERE) but even fatty draws the line somewhere and that is over getting involved with Rob Terry of Quindell infamy.

Terry is an insider dealer. That is to say he traded shares in Quindell when in possession of price sensitive information (the resignation of Canaccord). He is a fraudster. That is to say he committed securities fraud when on 2 September 2013 Quindell issues shares to party A stating that it was to party B as a reward for hitting performance targets when in fact it had missed those targets by a mile. And there are numerous other frauds Terry committed but this is the easiest slam dunk.

Why Beaumont Cornish MUST be stripped of its NOMAD license and fined into oblivion immediately

Written jointly with Ben Turney & Nigel Somerville...Quite simply, the firm of Beaumont Cornish is not fit for purpose as a Nomad. It epitomises all that is wrong with the AIM market. The epic fiasco surrounding the New World Oil and Gas Placing may be the last straw but Beaumont Cornish has form going back years. Even with regard to just this one company there have been serial disasters, but there are more cases where Beaumont Cornish has failed in its duties as Nomad.

If the Laughing Stock Exchange and the chocolate teapots of the FCA are going to try to maintain any pretence whatsoever that the AIM market is policed then Beaumont Cornish has to be made to pay the price. In this article we outline some of the scandals presided over by this squalid firm. Investors have lost money through incompetence, lies, fraud and cronyism where Beaumont Cornish is supposed to have acted as the long arm of the regulator, but has failed. Token private taps on the shoulder or fines of the magnitude of a good lunch are not enough. Public and summary execution is now the only way forward. Here are just a few examples of what Roland “Fatty” Cornish and his crew have presided over.

Daniel Stewart Shares Suspended, Maybe Roland “fatty” Cornish needs convincing on funny money

And so a month after Westhouse quit as Nomad to disgraced City advisers Daniel Stewart (DAN) no nomad has been prepared to take on this bag of shite and – again – its shares have been suspended from the casino. If no-one wishes to destroy what reputation they might have and act as Nomad by June 1 then Daniel Cesspit shares will be booted off the casino for good. I warned you about this yesterday HERE. But Cesspit reckons that all is far from lost.

It claims that it is an advanced negotiations to secure anew Nomad. The word in the Square Mile that the man prepared to act for Daniel Cesspit is none other than Roland “fatty” Cornish of Beaumont Cornish. Heck fatty floated New World Oil & Gas and GATE Ventures and signed of total porkies by Angust Forrest’s Digital Learning Marketplace so I guess he has no reputation to trash.

So why the delay? Perhaps it is that Fatty is not quite sure about the colour of Daniel Stewart’s money. Has it tried to pay using Peter Shea bank notes?

Worthington fraud part 17: Doug Ware running scared and meanwhile can he explain why his financial adviser quit – another leaked letter emerges?

Worthington asked me for an address where it can serve legal letters on me for libel citing all sorts of legalese as to why I should comply and adding that if I had nothing to hide I should have no concerns. I have nothing to hide as it is a fraud and so I provided an address. Eight days ago I demanded that Worthington’s lawyers provide a service address for Doug Ware…

In an attempt to deflect attention from the proven fraud at Worthington, Ware libelled me. My lawyers are considering a legal claim against Ware personally, seeking significant damages and we have a meeting with counsel arranged for when I return to the UK. If Mr Ware has nothing to hide – to requote his ninth rate lawyer - he would supply a service address. I have to inform you that after eight days Mr Ware and his ninth rate lawyer have still not supplied that address.  Why are you so scared Doug?  I know you are staring down the barrel of massive damages and costs but I am a reasonable man, just give us your address because this is going to be fun (for me).

Meanwhile I am aware that Doug might try to have the Old Bill seize my laptop when I get back to the UK to see what other documents and emails I have. To save them the trouble I shall publish every single one (and there are a good few) before I fly back. Can’t say fairer than that can we Doug?  So let’s start with why your financial adviser Beaumont Cornish resigned in May 2013.

Roland “Fatty” Cornish is quite happy to act for some real low life crooks and liars. Have

New World Oil & Gas – Roland "Fatty" Cornish pins his colours to the mast of the sinking ship SS POS

Roland “Fatty” Cornish – We will publish any response you may have: here is your Charge Sheet

Co-written with deputy Sheriff Nigel Somerville: Four times, or perhaps it is five, we have asked the AIM Regulation Team to investigate whether Roland “Fatty” Cornish and his firm Beaumont Cornish, is fit to continue acting as a Nominated Advisor (Nomad) in light of our revelations about events at Digital Learning Marketplace (DLM) in 2012. We now publish a full charge sheet. If Fatty wants to exercise a right to reply we will publish it. Pro tem we will pass this too onto AIM Regulation.

The Nomad system on AIM is supposed to be there to protect investors and ensure that company directors stick to the rules of the market and stay within the law. Nomads charge a fee for this, which investors pay for: it is their assets in the plc that pays the bill, after all. This set-up is the investor’s first line of defence.

The Nomad is supposed to check and verify all company statements put out by RNS before release, as well as niceties such as whether the company is in ‘close’ period when it comes to directors’ share dealing, compliance with AIM rules and so on.

And so, with reference to the scandal that was Digital Learning Marketplace plc during 2012, we bring you the role of DLM’s Nomad, Beaumont Cornish, in all of this.

1)      RNSs of 29 Feb 2012 and 1 Mar 2012 – does nobody own a calculator?

Yet another request to AIM Regulation to investigate and discipline Roland “Fatty” Cornish

I have flagged to AIM Regulation the numerous failings of Roland “Fatty” Cornish and his Nomad firm Beaumont Cornish. Once again I have written to Regulation today asking it to investigate why Fatty allowed Digital Learning Marketplace to publish as an RNS a total lie in August 2012. My start witness is….Angus Forrest now at Tern PLC (TERN) but then at DLM. Forrest is an honourable man and so has, I suspect inadvertently, dobbed Fatty in to The Sheriff of AIM

My letter follows:

Dear Sirs.

The standing of the Casino that you regulate, namely AIM, is dependent on Nomads who are responsible for the veracity of RNS releases ensuring they are true.  In that vein I bring you an allegation made by a fine upstanding citizen Mr Angus Forrest in which he explicitly states that Mr Roland “fatty” Cornish of Nomad Beaumont Cornish signed of an RNS knowing it to be untrue.

Naturally I believe every word that Mr Forrest says and so ask you to investigate this matter. For if this allegation is true AIM must surely withdraw the permissions of Beaumont Cornish to act as a Nomad lest its pristine reputation be in any way tainted.

A Fourth Open Letter to AIM regulation re Roland “Fatty” Cornish & Beaumont Cornish

For the fourth time I have written to AIM regulation asking for a formal investigation into whether Roland “fatty” Cornish and his firm Beaumont Cornish carried out its supervisory duties adequately in the period June-September 2012 with regard to Digital Learning Marketplace (DLM), now Alpha Returns (ARGP), a firm then run by crony capitalists Angus Forrest & Bruce Leith who are now running Tern PLC (TERN) into the ground. This is prompted by the shock whistle-blower letter from July 17 2012 which I published in full yesterday, HERE.

That letter was sent to Fatty.

Angus Forrest and Bruce Leith of Tern: The whistle-blower Roland “Fatty” Cornish Disgracefully ignored

A letter sent on 17th July 2012 by a whistle-blower to Roland “fatty” Cornish of Beaumont Cornish, Nomad to Digital Learning Marketplace (DLM) now Alpha Returns (ARGP) relating to its financial position and the conduct of Angus Forrest & Bruce Leith has fallen into the hands of The Sheriff of AIM. Oh dear, oh dear...shall I publish this explosive document and ruin some crony capitalists? Hmmmmm.

This letter was ignored. It makes it abundantly clear that Fatty was not performing adequate regulatory oversight (I feel another letter to AIM Regulation is on the way) and that Forrest & Leith are not fit to run Tern PLC (TERN) where they are, pro tem, in charge.

The letter is from an associate of Andy Hasoon who was suspended as CEO on 16th July, something that Fatty, Forrest & Leith failed to tell the market about as they should have as I revealed HERE. The letter reads.

An Open Letter to AIM Regulation – A Third Request to Investigate Nomad Roland “Fatty” Cornish

For the AIM casino to work, allowing investors to trust PLCs to tell the truth, every statement they issue in an RNS must be verified by the company’s Nominated Advisor (Nomad). Nomads like Roland “Fatty” Cornish of Beaumont Cornish are paid fat fees for doing this work. If they fail to verify an RNS so that a company lies to investors they should be censured by AIM regulation and, in an ideal wold, prevented from acting as Nomad in future. In that vein I have now issued a third request to the AIM Team to investigate Beaumont Cornish and Fatty in particular regarding lies told in 2012 by Digital Learning Marketplace.

AIM Regulation formally asked to investigate Roland “fatty” Cornish …again

The AIM Regulation Team have confirmed to me that they are already looking into my first formal request to investigate Nominated advisor Beaumont Cornish and its head honcho Roland “Fatty” Cornish. I have today formally requested that the regulators open up a second investigation into what appears to be yet another blatant failure by Fatty to do the job for which he is so generously rewarded.

This all related to a placing undertaking by Digital Learning Marketplace (DLM) , now Alpha Returns (ARGP) in August 2012. The Placing Document stated explicitly that if £300,000 was not raised then any money invested would be returned to investors. Fatty signed off on that placing document. However a subsequent RNS which Fatty again signed off on revealed that less than £277,000 was raised yet all that cash was kept by the company This appears to be a blatant failing by Fatty in his duties as a Nomad and in light of this I have asked the AIM Regulation Team what act of censure it proposes to take against the firm. The letter follows below:

AIM Regulation formally asked to investigate Beaumont Cornish & "Fatty"

We seem to be having a bit of a run in with Roland “Fatty” Cornish of Nominated Advisor Beaumont Cornish. First there was the little matter of New World Oil & Gas – see HERE.  Now we come to events at what is now Alpha Returns (ARGP) and matters from 2012 revealed by Nigel Somerville earlier today HERE

All in all it looks as if Fatty is making a strong late run for the AIM Cesspit 2014 advisor of the year award judged by The Sheriff of AIM, details of which can be found HERE.

But there are other strong contenders and so pro tem I have formally asked the AIM Regulation Team to investigate the events of August and September 2012 and to establish what verification fatty undertook on statements going out in his name. My letter follows.

Dear Sirs,
